Since technology has gone so far, what do we expect from our phone system? Well, upgrade and expense slash with some telephony system is occurring. When I start working as an on-job-trainee on this watch-manufacturing company, I remembered how we used the standard or I may say the old telephony and very very old PABX system we have. We got hard time in browsing our officemate’s local or extension number because its analog, old!
But just last two years ago, on its first quarter, our Telephony administrator has planned and ironed out the deployment of the so-called VoIP or the Business VoIP. But first, what is that thing? VoIP or technologically defined as Voice over Internet protocol is a general term for a family of transmission technologies for delivery of voice communications over IP or Internet Protocol networks such as the Internet or other packet-switched networks. In layman’s understanding, this is the best option to implement telephony system with VoIP in a business due to short total of expenses during and after the deployment.

With Business VoIP, there are lots of features which a standard business phone system cannot do. First of all, the maintenance. My administrator has hard time of maintaining our old system every during weekends. Next, is the money matter, with VoIP, business or company spend less of its money. Always remember, at the end of the day whatever is that technology being implemented by the IT department, the business executive always keep COST Benefits on their top of priorities. Other point is the technology itself, if you get into VoIP, you are not far behind. And for that, you can vie with your market. You can be at the top, isn’t it fulfilling?
So far, as we are experiencing and loving the beauty and hassle free of VoIP, I bet my employer’s market line has gone on the top. Can you now see the difference?
